Blixten McQueens ÖKD

Gold medal! Won the entire B-Slutspel! Congratulations!

Blixten McQueens was one of 226 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Damer.

In addition to Blixten McQueens, 18 other teams played in Öppen klass Damer. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Blixten McQueens could be found in Group 1 together with Wilma Thelandersson, östrogen mycket klen, Ingen elit men vi kom hit, Återkommarna och Nybörjaren, Gott & blandat, Kävlinge HK 2, Shooting Stars, Rubb utan stubb and Tommys töser.

Blixten McQueens made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Oompa Loompas, which they won with 13-12. Thereby Blixten McQueens won the entire B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Damer during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023.

Blixten McQueens comes from Eslöv which lies approximately 65 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Eslöv does also provide 63 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023 (Among others: Sopis, Staffanstorps HK, HK Micro, HK Björnen, Byfånarna, Mammas pojkar, Bäst före detta, Powerheat Radio, Södra Rörum and Eslövs IK).
