In addition to the two IFK Ystad teams, 43 other teams played in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IFK Ystad HK Ystad - 2 could be found in Group 3 together with Halmstad Handboll 2, Eslövs HF Svart, Höörs HK H 65 1, Vinslövs HK 1, Växjö HF Gul, Huddinge HK 2, HK Aranäs 1 and IK Lågan Hörby 2.

IFK Ystad HK Ystad - 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Habo HK with 5-9. In the Final, Eslövs HF Grön won over HK Aranäs 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2010).

IFK Ystad HK also participated in Pojkar 12 år (födda 2010) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They won A-Slutspel, after beating Staffanstorps HK in the final with 14-12.
