In addition to IFK Ystad HK, 64 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Ystad HK could be found in Group 5 together with Huddinge HK Vit, Lödde Vikings HK Svart, Höörs HK H 65 2, H43 Lund HF, Kävlinge HK Blå, Åhus Handboll Blå, Hässleholms HF 1, IK Lågan Hörby 1 and IFK Tumba HK Blå.

IFK Ystad HK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Skuru IK 2 with 6-8. In the Final, Täby HBK won over IFK Tumba HK Blå and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010).

IFK Ystad HK also participated in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in F12 (f. 2010) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Alingsås HK 2 with 6-8.
