IFK rejects was one of 226 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They participated with one team in Motionsklass Herrar.

In addition to IFK rejects, 39 other teams played in Motionsklass Herrar. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IFK rejects could be found in Group 4 together with Jelzin United, HF Limhamn, Eslövs Gubbarna and Mormors pojkar.

IFK rejects continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Ifk Tylö with 6-7. In the Final, Mormors pojkar won over Ifk Tylö and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Motionsklass Herrar.

IFK rejects comes from Kristianstad which lies approximately 19 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Kristianstad does also provide 58 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023 (Among others: Fräcka Falkarna 3, Byfånarna, Bäst före detta, Gott & blandat, MÅSTE VILA, IF Kristianstad, Södra Rörum, Ceimertz, Jaga FC and Avgå Alla).
