In addition to the two Eslövs teams, 57 other teams played in Flickor 12 år Classic (födda 2012). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK Svart could be found in Group 2 together with HF Limhamn 2, HF Karlskrona Svart, IK Lågan Hörby 1, IFK Tumba HK, Ystads IF HF 1, Lödde Vikings HK Svart, Hässleholms HF 3, Mönsterås HK Vit and Skuru IK Grön.

Eslövs IK Svart continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Malmö HF 1 with 7-8. In the Final, Önnereds HK Grön won over Hässleholms HF 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år Classic (födda 2012).
