OV Helsingborg HK was one of 250 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024. They participated with four teams in Pojkar 17 år Classic (födda 2007), Pojkar 18 år Classic (födda 2006), Flickor 16 år Classic (födda 2008) and Flickor 18 år Classic (födda 2006) respectively. The team in Pojkar 18 år Classic (födda 2006) made it to the the 1/4 Final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad by 10-11.
In addition to this, OV Helsingborg HK have participated in Åhus Beachhandboll Festival before. During Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023, OV Helsingborg had one team playing in Pojkar 17 år (födda 2006). The team in Pojkar 17 år (födda 2006) made it to the the Final in A-Slutspeland won it over Lugi HF 1 by 13-11. OV Helsingborg comes from HELSINGBORG which lies approximately 100 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place.
