OV Helsingborg HK was one of 251 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024. They participated with four teams in Pojkar 17 år Classic (födda 2007), Pojkar 18 år Classic (födda 2006), Flickor 16 år Classic (födda 2008) and Flickor 18 år Classic (födda 2006) respectively. The team in Pojkar 18 år Classic (födda 2006) made it to the the 1/4 Final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad by 10-11.
