In addition to OV Helsingborg HK, 26 other teams played in Pojkar 18 år Classic (födda 2006). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof OV Helsingborg HK Helsingborg could be found in Group 3 together with HK Malmö, HF Karlskrona Gul, Uppsala HK 2, Växjö HF, Alingsås HK, Spånga HK, Lugi HF and Halmstad Handboll.

OV Helsingborg HK Helsingborg continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad with 10-11. In the Final, Ystads IF HF Di Vide won over Halmstad Handboll and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 18 år Classic (födda 2006).

OV Helsingborg HK also participated in Pojkar 17 år (födda 2006) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They won A-Slutspel, after beating Lugi HF 1 in the final with 13-11.
