In addition to the four Uppsala teams, 23 other teams played in Pojkar 18 år Classic (födda 2006). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 2 could be found in Group 3 together with HK Malmö, HF Karlskrona Gul, OV Helsingborg HK Helsingborg, Växjö HF, Alingsås HK, Spånga HK, Lugi HF and Halmstad Handboll.

Uppsala HK 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Malmö HF Blå with 12-15. In the Final, IFK Bankeryd Blå won over IFK Malmö HF Blå and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 18 år Classic (födda 2006).

Uppsala HK also participated in Pojkar 17 år (födda 2006) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They reached the 1/8 Final in P17 (f. 2006) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Lugi HF 1 with 11-12.
