In addition to the three Uppsala teams, 28 other teams played in Flickor 18 år Classic (födda 2006). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 2 could be found in Group 3 together with Kristianstad HK 2, Halmstad Handboll 3, Stavsten HK 1, Höörs HK H 65, Växjö HF Gul, Kristianstad HK DJ 3 and Alingsås HK 2.

Uppsala HK 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Uppsala HK 1 with 9-12. In the Final, Skånela IF F08 won over Uppsala HK 1 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 18 år Classic (födda 2006).

Uppsala HK also participated in Flickor 17 år (födda 2006) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They reached the 1/8 Final in F17 (f. 2006) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Alingsås HK 2 with 9-12.
