Uppsala HK was one of 250 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024. They participated with 20 teams in 10 out of Åhus Beachhandboll Festivals all 40 categories. The team in Herrar Junior 19-20 år Classic (födda 2004-2005) made it to the the Final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll Kungarna av Tylösand by 10-11.
In addition to this, Uppsala HK have participated in Åhus Beachhandboll Festival before. During Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023, Uppsala had 25 teams playing in 11 out of Åhus Beachhandboll Festivals all 40 categories. The team in Damer Junior 19-20 år (födda 2003-2004) made it to the the Semi final in B-Slutspel, but lost it against Kristianstad HK by 9-10. Uppsala comes from UPPSALA which lies approximately 480 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around UPPSALA does also provide two additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024 (Skånela IF and DreamSocks AB).
