In addition to the two Uppsala teams, 38 other teams played in Pojkar 17 år Classic (födda 2007). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 2 could be found in Group 4 together with Eslövs HF, Lödde Vikings HK Svart, IFK Kristianstad 2, Täby HBK 2, HK Aranäs Gul, Vinslövs HK 2, Växjö HF 2, Åhus Handboll and IK Lågan Hörby.

Uppsala HK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against OV Helsingborg HK with 11-12. In the Final, OV Helsingborg HK won over Halmstad Handboll Röd and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 17 år Classic (födda 2007).

Uppsala HK also participated in Pojkar 16 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They reached the 1/4 Final in P16 (f. 2007) B-Slutspel, but lost it against IK Sävehof with 10-11.
