In addition to the two Uppsala teams, 48 other teams played in Flickor 17 år Classic (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 2 could be found in Group 6 together with Ronneby HK 1, VästeråsIrsta HF, Önnereds HK Grön, Åhus Handboll, IK Lågan Hörby 1, Haninge HK 1 and IFK Malmö HF 1.

Uppsala HK 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Huddinge HK Blå with 9-14. In the Final, Alingsås HK 2 won over Spånga HK and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 17 år Classic (födda 2007).

Uppsala HK also participated in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They reached the 1/8 Final in F16 (f. 2007) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Eskilstuna Guif IF GUIF 1 with 13-14.
