In addition to the three Uppsala teams, 28 other teams played in Flickor 18 år Classic (födda 2006). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 3 could be found in Group 4 together with Lödde Vikings HK Svart, Växjö HF Svart, Halmstad Handboll 2, Skövde HF 2, Stavsten HK 2 and Kristianstad HK DJ 2.

Uppsala HK 3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Ystads IF HF with 4-15. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK Röd won over HK Aranäs BOSSE and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 18 år Classic (födda 2006).

Uppsala HK also participated in Flickor 17 år (födda 2006) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They reached the 1/8 Final in F17 (f. 2006) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Alingsås HK 2 with 9-12.
