In addition to the two Uppsala teams, 60 other teams played in Flickor 16 år Classic (födda 2008). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 1 could be found in Group 5 together with Torslanda HK Rosa, Stavsten HK 1, Ystads IF HF YIF HF 2, Åhus Handboll 2, Halmstad Handboll, Lödde Vikings HK Vit and IFK Tumba HK 2.

Uppsala HK 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against HK Malmö F16 Vit with 9-11. In the Final, Göteborg Beach Handball Club won over Lugi HF Vit and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år Classic (födda 2008).

Uppsala HK also participated in Flickor 15 år (födda 2008) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They reached the 1/4 Final in F15 (f. 2008) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK with 10-13.
