In addition to the four Uppsala teams, 23 other teams played in Pojkar 18 år Classic (födda 2006). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 4 could be found in Group 2 together with IFK Malmö HF Gul, VästeråsIrsta HF, Eskilstuna Guif IF P-07, IFK Bankeryd Blå, IK Sävehof S-hof, IFK Kristianstad, H43 Lund HF and HF Karlskrona Blå.

Uppsala HK 4 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against HF Karlskrona Blå with 11-13. In the Final, HF Karlskrona Blå won over VästeråsIrsta HF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 18 år Classic (födda 2006).

Uppsala HK also participated in Pojkar 17 år (födda 2006) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They reached the 1/8 Final in P17 (f. 2006) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Lugi HF 1 with 11-12.
