Gumman och Co was one of 250 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Damer Classic.

In addition to Gumman och Co, 31 other teams played in Öppen klass Damer Classic. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Gumman och Co could be found in Group 4 together with Svarta Fåren, Gutt o Blannat, Blue hearts, Nederlaget, B-laget, Chalmers HK 1 and Börjes Avdankade.

Gumman och Co continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Marines with 5-6. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll won over Djurgården and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Damer Classic.

Gumman och Co comes from Västerhaninge which lies approximately 420 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Västerhaninge does also provide 27 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024 (Among others: Haninge HK, Älta IF, IK Bolton, Hammarby IF HF, JÖKA, Täby HBK, Bolton Big Ballers, AIK, Hasses Pojkar and Skuru IK).
