Ösmo GIF HK was one of 251 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024. They participated with three teams in Parahandboll - Gående klass Classic. Three teams played until in Gruppspel; Parahandboll - Gående klass Classic 3 won over IFK Kristianstad by 7-5, Parahandboll - Gående klass Classic 1 lost against Alingsås HK 1 HFA 1 by 1-6 and Parahandboll - Gående klass Classic 2 lost against Alingsås HK HFA 3 by 1-12.

In addition to this, Ösmo GIF HK have participated in Åhus Beachhandboll Festival before. During Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023, Ösmo GIF had three teams playing in Parahandboll - Gående klass. The team in Parahandboll - Gående klass made it to the the Bronze match in B-Slutspeland won it over IFK Kristianstad by 11-3.

Ösmo GIF comes from ÖSMO which lies approximately 400 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around ÖSMO does also provide 14 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024 (Among others: Haninge HK, Älta IF, Hammarby IF HF, JÖKA, Gumman och Co, Hasses Pojkar, Blue hearts, Huddinge HK, Skogås Allstars and Tyresö Handboll).
