In addition to the two Spånga teams, 60 other teams played in Flickor 16 år Classic (födda 2008). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Spånga HK could be found in Group 6 together with Kävlinge HK, Lugi HF, IF Hallby HK vit, HK Aranäs Svart, Eskilstuna Guif IF, Åhus Handboll 1, Höörs HK H 65 H65 Röd and HK Malmö F16 Vit.

Spånga HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against H43 Lund HF 2 with 10-11. In the Final, Åhus Handboll 1 won over Uppsala HK 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år Classic (födda 2008).

Spånga HK also participated in Flickor 15 år (födda 2008) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They reached the 1/8 Final in F15 (f. 2008) A-Slutspel, but lost it against H43 Lund HF 2 with 8-9.
