In addition to the four Lugi teams, 41 other teams played in Pojkar 16 år Classic (födda 2008). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Lugi HF 1 could be found in Group 5 together with Tyresö Handboll Svart, IFK Kristianstad Orange, Eskilstuna Guif IF 1, Skuru IK, IK Sävehof, Eslövs HF, Visby IF Gute Handbollsklubb and IF Hallby HK 2.

Lugi HF 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Önnereds HK with 10-11. In the Final, IK Sund won over Ystads IF HF 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 16 år Classic (födda 2008).

Lugi HF also participated in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2008) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They reached the final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad lag Svart with 11-13 and ended up in second place.
