In addition to IK Sund, 44 other teams played in Pojkar 16 år Classic (födda 2008). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IK Sund could be found in Group 2 together with Lödde Vikings HK Svart, Vinslövs HK, Önnereds HK, Eskilstuna Guif IF 2, Lugi HF 3, Åhus Handboll, IK Bolton Beach Brawl Stars and IF Hallby HK 1.
IK Sund made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Ystads IF HF 1, which they won with 11-9. Thereby IK Sund won the entire A-Slutspel in Pojkar 16 år Classic (födda 2008) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024. IK Sund also participated in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2008) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023.
