In addition to IK Sund, 61 other teams played in Flickor 16 år Classic (födda 2008). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IK Sund could be found in Group 2 together with IFK Kristianstad Orange, Borlänge HK BHK B, Växjö HF Lag 1, IFK Tumba HK 3, Alingsås HK, H43 Lund HF 1, Hässleholms HF 1 and Lödde Vikings HK Grå.

IK Sund continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Malmö HF 2 with 13-14. In the Final, Lugi HF won over IFK Malmö HF 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år Classic (födda 2008).

IK Sund also participated in Flickor 15 år (födda 2008) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They reached the final in C-Slutspel, but lost it against Borlänge HK Röd with 9-11 and ended up in second place.
