In addition to the three IFK Kristianstad teams, 56 other teams played in Flickor 12 år Classic (födda 2012). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 3 could be found in Group 6 together with Höörs HK H 65 Svart, IFK Bankeryd 1, Skuru IK Svart, Huddinge HK Blå, HF Limhamn 3, Önnereds HK Grön, HF Karlskrona Blå and Vinslövs HK 1.

IFK Kristianstad 3 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Ljunghusens HK Blå with 4-7. In the Final, HF Limhamn 1 won over IFK Bankeryd 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år Classic (födda 2012).
