In addition to the four IFK Kristianstad teams, 53 other teams played in Pojkar 12 år Classic (födda 2012). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 4 could be found in Group 1 together with Göinge HK 1, Huddinge HK Blå, HK Ankaret Röd, Alingsås HK Blå, IK Lågan Hörby 3, Växjö HF 3, Ystads IF HF Vit and H 78 Sölvesborg.
IFK Kristianstad 4 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK with 7-13.
