In addition to the two Ystads teams, 55 other teams played in Pojkar 12 år Classic (födda 2012). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF Vit could be found in Group 1 together with Göinge HK 1, Huddinge HK Blå, HK Ankaret Röd, Alingsås HK Blå, IK Lågan Hörby 3, IFK Kristianstad 4, Växjö HF 3 and H 78 Sölvesborg.

Ystads IF HF Vit continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IK Lågan Hörby 1 with 8-9. In the Final, Staffanstorps HK won over Ystads IF HF Blå and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 12 år Classic (födda 2012).
