In addition to Ystads IF HF, 30 other teams played in Flickor 18 år Classic (födda 2006). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF could be found in Group 2 together with Kristianstad HK DJ 1, Halmstad Handboll 1, Uppsala HK 1, Eslövs IK, Skövde HF 1, Haninge HK and OV Helsingborg HK.

Ystads IF HF continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK Röd with 7-8. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK Röd won over HK Aranäs BOSSE and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 18 år Classic (födda 2006).

Ystads IF HF also participated in Flickor 17 år (födda 2006) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They reached the Semi final in F17 (f. 2006) B-Slutspel, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll 3 Rosa with 8-15.
