In addition to the two Ystads teams, 48 other teams played in Flickor 17 år Classic (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 2 could be found in Group 3 together with Halmstad Handboll 1, Eslövs IK, Skövde HF 2, Habo HK, Huddinge HK Vit, Eskilstuna Guif IF and NKIK Handboll Norrköping.

Ystads IF HF 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against HK Ankaret with 9-12. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK won over H 65 Höör and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 17 år Classic (födda 2007).

Ystads IF HF also participated in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They won A-Slutspel, after beating Höörs HK H 65 Svart 07 in the final with 11-9.
