In addition to the two Ystads teams, 57 other teams played in Flickor 12 år Classic (födda 2012). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Eslövs IK Svart, HF Limhamn 2, HF Karlskrona Svart, IK Lågan Hörby 1, IFK Tumba HK, Lödde Vikings HK Svart, Hässleholms HF 3, Mönsterås HK Vit and Skuru IK Grön.

Ystads IF HF 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Höörs HK H 65 Vit with 4-12. In the Final, Önnereds HK Grön won over Hässleholms HF 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år Classic (födda 2012).
