In addition to the two Ystads teams, 57 other teams played in Flickor 12 år Classic (födda 2012). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 2 could be found in Group 3 together with IFK Bankeryd 2, Skuru IK Vit, HF Limhamn 1, IFK Kristianstad 2, Ljunghusens HK Blå, Lödde Vikings HK Grå, Alingsås HK 2, Växjö HF 1 and Vinslövs HK 2.
Ystads IF HF 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Växjö HF 3 with 6-7.
