In addition to the two Önnereds teams, 48 other teams played in Flickor 17 år Classic (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Önnereds HK Grön could be found in Group 6 together with Ronneby HK 1, VästeråsIrsta HF, Åhus Handboll, IK Lågan Hörby 1, Haninge HK 1, IFK Malmö HF 1 and Uppsala HK 2.

Önnereds HK Grön continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against NKIK Handboll Norrköping with 8-11. In the Final, Alingsås HK 2 won over Spånga HK and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 17 år Classic (födda 2007).

Önnereds HK also participated in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They reached the 1/8 Final in F16 (f. 2007) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Haninge HK Blå with 6-8.
