In addition to Önnereds HK, 39 other teams played in Pojkar 17 år Classic (födda 2007). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Önnereds HK could be found in Group 2 together with Uppsala HK 1, IK Sund, Lödde Vikings HK Röd, Ystads IF HF 2, Växjö HF 1, Vinslövs HK 1, HK Aranäs Svart, IFK Kristianstad 1 and Spånga HK.

Önnereds HK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IK Lågan Hörby with 6-7. In the Final, Lugi HF 2 won over Ystads IF HF 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 17 år Classic (födda 2007).

Önnereds HK also participated in Pojkar 16 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They reached the 1/8 Final in P16 (f. 2007) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Täby HBK 1 with 9-11.
