In addition to IK Sund, 39 other teams played in Pojkar 17 år Classic (födda 2007). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof IK Sund could be found in Group 2 together with Uppsala HK 1, Önnereds HK, Lödde Vikings HK Röd, Ystads IF HF 2, Växjö HF 1, Vinslövs HK 1, HK Aranäs Svart, IFK Kristianstad 1 and Spånga HK.

IK Sund continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Amo HK with 10-13. In the Final, OV Helsingborg HK won over Halmstad Handboll Röd and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 17 år Classic (födda 2007).
