In addition to the three H43 Lund teams, 42 other teams played in Pojkar 16 år Classic (födda 2008). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF 2 could be found in Group 4 together with Norrköpings HK, Hammarby IF HF, IFK Malmö HF, Slagelse Håndbold, Alingsås HK 1blå, HF Karlskrona, Ystads IF HF 2 and Halmstad Handboll Röd.

H43 Lund HF 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against HF Karlskrona with 10-11. In the Final, Eskilstuna Guif IF 2 won over Lugi HF 3 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 16 år Classic (födda 2008).

H43 Lund HF also participated in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2008) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They reached the 1/8 Final in P15 (f. 2008) B-Slutspel, but lost it against Eslövs HF Svart with 12-15.
