In addition to the three H43 Lund teams, 42 other teams played in Pojkar 16 år Classic (födda 2008). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof H43 Lund HF 1 could be found in Group 3 together with H 78 Sölvesborg Röd, Halmstad Handboll Svart, Lugi HF 2, Tyresö Handboll Röd, Åhus Handboll Blå, Lödde Vikings HK Röd, Ystads IF HF 1 and Alingsås HK 2vit.

H43 Lund HF 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IK Sund with 10-15. In the Final, IK Sund won over Ystads IF HF 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 16 år Classic (födda 2008).

H43 Lund HF also participated in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2008) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They reached the 1/8 Final in P15 (f. 2008) B-Slutspel, but lost it against Eslövs HF Svart with 12-15.
