In addition to the two Åhus teams, 43 other teams played in Pojkar 16 år Classic (födda 2008). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll Blå could be found in Group 3 together with H 78 Sölvesborg Röd, Halmstad Handboll Svart, Lugi HF 2, Tyresö Handboll Röd, H43 Lund HF 1, Lödde Vikings HK Röd, Ystads IF HF 1 and Alingsås HK 2vit.

Åhus Handboll Blå continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Eskilstuna Guif IF 2 with 8-12. In the Final, Eskilstuna Guif IF 2 won over Lugi HF 3 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 16 år Classic (födda 2008).

Åhus Handboll also participated in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2008) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They reached the Semi final in P15 (f. 2008) B-Slutspel, but lost it against Lugi HF 3 with 8-12.
