In addition to Åhus Handboll, 39 other teams played in Pojkar 17 år Classic (födda 2007). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll could be found in Group 4 together with Eslövs HF, Lödde Vikings HK Svart, IFK Kristianstad 2, Uppsala HK 2, Täby HBK 2, HK Aranäs Gul, Vinslövs HK 2, Växjö HF 2 and IK Lågan Hörby.

Åhus Handboll continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against HK Aranäs Svart with 10-16. In the Final, OV Helsingborg HK won over Halmstad Handboll Röd and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 17 år Classic (födda 2007).

Åhus Handboll also participated in Pojkar 16 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They reached the 1/4 Final in P16 (f. 2007) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Täby HBK 1 with 9-11.
