In addition to the two Åhus teams, 57 other teams played in Flickor 12 år Classic (födda 2012). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll Röd could be found in Group 5 together with Höörs HK H 65 Vit, BK Hisingen, Dalby GIF, HK Ankaret Röd, Karlshamns HF, HK Eskil, Ljunghusens HK Svart, IFK Malmö HF 2 and Älta IF Gul.

Åhus Handboll Röd made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 5. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Ljunghusens HK Svart, which they won with 9-4. Thereby Åhus Handboll Röd won the entire B-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år Classic (födda 2012) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024.
