In addition to the two IFK Malmö teams, 57 other teams played in Flickor 12 år Classic (födda 2012). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IFK Malmö HF 2 could be found in Group 5 together with Höörs HK H 65 Vit, BK Hisingen, Dalby GIF, HK Ankaret Röd, Karlshamns HF, HK Eskil, Ljunghusens HK Svart, Åhus Handboll Röd and Älta IF Gul.
IFK Malmö HF 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK Vit with 3-5.
