In addition to Karlshamns HF, 58 other teams played in Flickor 12 år Classic (födda 2012). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Karlshamns HF could be found in Group 5 together with Höörs HK H 65 Vit, BK Hisingen, Dalby GIF, HK Ankaret Röd, HK Eskil, Ljunghusens HK Svart, IFK Malmö HF 2, Åhus Handboll Röd and Älta IF Gul.
Karlshamns HF continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against HK Ankaret Svart with 4-6.
