In addition to the three Åhus teams, 54 other teams played in Pojkar 12 år Classic (födda 2012). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 3 could be found in Group 3 together with Vinslövs HK 1, Lödde Vikings HK Röd, HF Karlskrona 1, Tomelilla IF, Haninge HK, Växjö HF 2, IFK Kristianstad 2, Tyresö Handboll Gul and IFK Malmö HF 2.

Åhus Handboll 3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 1 with 11-12. In the Final, Staffanstorps HK won over Ystads IF HF Blå and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 12 år Classic (födda 2012).
