In addition to the four Åhus teams, 58 other teams played in Flickor 16 år Classic (födda 2008). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Åhus Handboll 4 could be found in Group 4 together with Gökstens BK, H43 Lund HF 2, Kristianstad HK, Växjö HF Lag 2, IFK Malmö HF 2, IFK Tumba HK 1, Lödde Vikings HK Rosa and HK Aranäs Vit.

Åhus Handboll 4 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll with 9-10. In the Final, Göteborg Beach Handball Club won over Lugi HF Vit and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år Classic (födda 2008).

Åhus Handboll also participated in Flickor 15 år (födda 2008) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They reached the 1/4 Final in F15 (f. 2008) A-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Tumba HK 1 with 7-13.
