In addition to the four IFK Kristianstad teams, 53 other teams played in Pojkar 12 år Classic (födda 2012). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IFK Kristianstad 1 could be found in Group 6 together with Huddinge HK Vit, Falköpings AIK HK Vit, HK Ankaret Svart, Mönsterås HK, Eslövs HF Grön, HF Karlskrona 3, HK Björnen 1 and Ystads IF HF Blå.

IFK Kristianstad 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 1 with 11-12. In the Final, Staffanstorps HK won over Ystads IF HF Blå and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 12 år Classic (födda 2012).
