Goa gubbar ÖKH Classic

Goa gubbar was one of 251 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Herrar Classic.

In addition to Goa gubbar, 71 other teams from 4 different countries played in Öppen klass Herrar Classic. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Goa gubbar could be found in Group 4 together with HK Psyk, Sluta Sura Dante, JÖKA, Guldkustens HK, Lödde Vikings HK LVHK Svart, Bönderna and Snövel beach academy.

Goa gubbar continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Böffes Juniorer with 9-11. In the Final, Böffes Juniorer won over Kaffekaga fc and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Öppen klass Herrar Classic.

Goa gubbar comes from Kristianstad which lies approximately 14 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Kristianstad does also provide 64 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024 (Among others: Team Fråga oss, Blomma ut, Nederlaget, Hot Mess, Avgå Alla, Inget bäst-före-datum, LEA, Göinge HK, Bolist Boyz and Vinslövs HK).
