Hot Mess was one of 250 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Damer Classic.
In addition to Hot Mess, 31 other teams played in Öppen klass Damer Classic. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Hot Mess could be found in Group 2 together with Falu HK, LVHK 03, Ingen elit men vi kom hit, Chalmers HK 2, Alingsås HK 1, Marines and ¿QUE SERA?. Hot Mess continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against B-laget with 9-14. In the Final, Team van Stam won over Skandinaviska unionen and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Öppen klass Damer Classic. Hot Mess comes from Hörby which lies approximately 40 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Hörby does also provide 88 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2024 (Among others: Blomma ut, Nederlaget, HK Björnen, Mellangården FC, Dalby, H43 Lund HF, Avgå Alla, B-laget, Inget bäst-före-datum and Dalby GIF). 8 games playedGoals |
