Danderyds SK was one of 246 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2017. They participated with one team in Pojkar 13.

In addition to Danderyds SK, 18 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Danderyds SK could be found in Group 1 together with Veberöds AIF 1, IFK Hässleholm , Trollenäs IF , Tyringe IF 2, Yngsjö IF , Vanneberga IF , Åhus Horna BK 1 and Genarps IF .

Danderyds SK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Asarums IF FK with 2-3. In the Final, Åhus Horna BK 3 won over Hammarby IF FF and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 13.

Danderyds SK also participated in Pojkar 12 during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2016. They reached the Semi final in P12 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Ystads IF FF with 0-2.

Danderyds SK comes from Danderyd which lies approximately 450 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beach Fotboll takes place. The area around Danderyd does also provide 14 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2017 (Among others: Tungelsta IF, Nisses Grabbar, Brommapojkarna DFF, Ekerö IK, Örby IS, Fat Hobbits FC, Ängby IF, Hammarby IF FF, Viggbyholms IK FF and Reymersholms IK).
