A-laget was one of 246 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2017. They participated with one team in Dam Aktiv.

In addition to A-laget, 23 other teams played in Dam Aktiv. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof A-laget could be found in Group 3 together with Vanneberga IF , Bortamatch , Utbynäs SK , Ängby IF , Bär i Pannan , Kallinge SK and ABZOLUT .

A-laget made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 3. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against FC Glenn , which they won with 3-2. Thereby A-laget won the entire B-Slutspel in Dam Aktiv during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2017.

A-laget originates from Åhus, which is the same city as where Åhus Beach Fotboll takes place. The area around Åhus does also provide 70 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2017 (Among others: Fc Marre, Pappa's flickor, IFK Knislinge, Fjälkinge IF, Loftahammars IF, Åhus Horna BK, Ottos Glass, Hanaskogs IS, Børnes Magasin and Samba med Svennis).
