Tyringe IF was one of 225 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2018. They participated with two teams in Pojkar 14 and Flickor 16 respectively. The team in Flickor 16 made it to the the Semi final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against Ifö Bromölla IF by 0-3.
In addition to this, Tyringe IF have participated in Åhus Beach Fotboll before. During Åhus Beach Fotboll 2017, Tyringe had three teams playing in Pojkar 13 and Flickor 15 respectively. The team in Flickor 15 made it to the the 1/4 Final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against Borgeby FK by 1-2. Tyringe comes from Finja which lies approximately 47 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beach Fotboll takes place. The area around Finja does also provide 64 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2018 (Among others: Löjligt Viktigt Möte, Strandängens IF, Dynamo WetWilly, Bjärnums GoIF, Bolltrollarna, BØRNES MAGASIN, Vi anmälde oss på fyllan, Bois FC, Kristianstad FC and Ett gäng stolpskott).
