In addition to the two Åhus Horna teams, 15 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Åhus Horna BK B could be found in Group 2 together with Brösarps IF , Vinnö IF , Tomelilla IF 2, Lunds FF , Västra Ingelstad IS , Harlösa IF , Degeberga GoIF 1 and Spjutstorps IF .

Åhus Horna BK B made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Lunds FF with 0-1. Thereby Åhus Horna BK B finished second in P13 A-Slutspel during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2022.
