In addition to Vinnö IF, 16 other teams played in Pojkar 13. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Vinnö IF could be found in Group 2 together with Brösarps IF , Tomelilla IF 2, Lunds FF , Västra Ingelstad IS , Harlösa IF , Degeberga GoIF 1, Spjutstorps IF and Åhus Horna BK 2.

Vinnö IF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Degeberga GoIF 2 with 1-3. In the Final, Degeberga GoIF 2 won over Spjutstorps IF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 13.
