In addition to Brösarps IF, 24 other teams played in Pojkar 13 (Födda 2010). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Brösarps IF could be found in Group 3 together with Kristianstad FC , Pjätteryds GOIF , Höörs IS 1, VMA IK , LEV 06 2, FC Bellevue and Janstorps AIF 1.

Brösarps IF continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against FC Bellevue with 1-2. In the Final, FC Bellevue won over Hörby FF and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 13 (Födda 2010).
