In addition to the three Höörs IS teams, 22 other teams played in Pojkar 13 (Födda 2010). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Höörs IS A could be found in Group 3 together with Kristianstad FC , Pjätteryds GOIF , VMA IK , LEV 06 2, Brösarps IF , FC Bellevue and Janstorps AIF 1.

Höörs IS A continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against FC Bellevue with 1-2. In the Final, FC Bellevue won over Pjätteryds GOIF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 13 (Födda 2010).
